Best I have to offer is poorboys trim restorer. Heres what I did to the flares on a jeep.

After about 3 coats to ensure uniform coverage.

Depends on the conditions the car sees. If its outside 100% of the time, it wont last as long as a car thats garaged 85% of the time. But you could see 3 +/- weeks before it starts to fade again.

i used to use amerall on the exterior nylon trim (bumpers and handles) on my old cavy. its not a permanent solution though, usually applied after bi monthly washing. that will happen to nylon though....sun gets to it. good luck
I'd use 303 Aerospace Protectant then, it has a UV protectant that should help against fading. I use it on dashboards, steering wheels, rubber seals, exterior plastics, etc. It's a very versatile product that can be had at a decent price.
I'd even use it on the wheel wells if Meguiars Hyper Dressing didn't work as good as it did
GM had a problem a few years ago with the plastic trim on the Avalanches fading like the fender flares above. There was a special chemical available that we had to rub on the panels. It brought the original color back but this was some seriously serious sh*t. Hazmat warnings, avoid contact with skin, vehicle paint, avoid breathing and such. I cant get into dealerworld today but I'll try and find the bulletin with the P/N if you want.
