Cleaning the suede

The suede thats in the middle of the 2008-2010 cobalt ss, how exactly do I clean it? because mine are turning black and getting sticky for some reason. Idk if there is like a shampoo that i get, or if I take like an armor all wipe and clean it. Anyone know?
