i think i got my scratches for using shitty towels to dry my car. i dont have any nice car washing stuff so i used to be forced to use just plain old towels.

that is what i use, it is great wax but it doesn't get ride of them! I just hides them temporarily

^^ this is true most wax's and hand glaze has hiders in them and makes it look good for the first few days.

So let me get this straight...

You used a credit card to scrape a badge and emblem adhesive off of a glossy painted surface?

Gotta be honest with you. Some scratches won't come out. The rule is, if you can feel them with your thumbnail.....it ain't comin' out.

I made the same mistake on my first cobalt. They do come out, but I had to have a body shop do it.

Yeah i can barely feel the scratches, the meguiars 2.0 didnt work, so gonna to the body shop thing.

let me tell you...i did...and i had no scratches....have to take your time and be careful....as with anything...
