Yah when i plugged the superchargers silencer holes the pieces fell off, i found 1 and then one had turned into a ball and made its way to the intake filter and the rest was in particles in the IM covered it with black soot looking stuff.

Sounds like the car has a HUGE leak and i get 0 boost and shakes bad.

im guessing misfire due to not enough compression, do a compression test and youll find out

Yah im thinking i have the S/C gasket on wrong cuz thats the only other thing i can think of that i took off and didnt really think bout which way it came off, i think i need to flip it around cuz i think the part that needs to be pressed against the IM is actually against the S/C causing a gap between the IM and S/C.

Yah i have some gaskets and belt on the way and then im gonna take the IM off and clean it out with brake cleaner and pull the cores and clean them, just check everything.

Did u get a CEL on when u got ur problem dana? I threw a code so thats a good sign for me, MAF sensor which basically means vac leak or something somewhere.

that would cause a manifold leak
is the code a map/maf correlation error??

Yeah that would be awesome Tom thanks. And do i need to pull my crank pully and whatnot off for the timing? I would like to get your help if possible to set it. Just want to have it ready so you don't have to do any extra work.

**** i should call him, he lives 5 minutes away. It sounds like a huge leak, just cant detect where, i dont wanna have the car run to long cuz i dont wanna cause a bigger problem.

W/E ill check it this weekend when i rip apart everything, and i have new gaskets coming MON anyways. Mine as well replace them.

awesome yeah i have a build book i see whats gotta happen... pretty tight fit though! And as far as swappin them out should we just swap them or should i have the shop skim the seats of the valves on the head so they fit better? IDk to much about it... but definitely need to save some moola

So i'm assuming you got the timing right the 2nd time? That totally sucks what did you do wrong the first time?

lol, yes i got it right the second time haha
and it would be good to have the seats skimmed (otherwise known as lapping the valves...lol) and yes that would be good, but from what i understand not necc 100% needed
