Who wants to meet up and then head to check out the drag and brag event that is going on out at Texas Motor Speedway on July 3rd. Lets Meet on the East side of the express parking lot at the speedway. This parking lot is by the lake and the tunnel to get into the infield Does this sound good? Lets make a good showing and if anyone is a member of all the other cobalt, solstice/sky, HHR, and Redline forums let them know as well. This parking lot is off of Allison Ave and that pretty much goes right into the pits. To get to Allison Ave you would exit 114 off of 35 and head towards TMS. If this parking lot does not work out or is blocked off we will then shoot for the coach lot or the bus lot. For anyone that is coming please put my number in your phone and call once you get there if you would like. This place is big and one can easily get lost. Chad (817)875-1687.

Yea it would be faster for you that way but that is partly the reason why I picked that location is because its not very far away from TMS so if there was anyone from Denton they wouldn't waste to much gas to meet up. Yea you would go straight past TMS but its only a mile or so trip back. But I understand.

 

i went to oriellys and saw the flyer ad theres two classes for balts. tuner which is stock body and lightly modified engines no aftermarket turbs or superchargers, and street bandits class for any heavy moded balts like body kits nos turbos anything is allowed. ill prob be going to this under the bandit class we should get more people its 20 bucks to race

 

Why not just meet in the East parking lot at TMS? It is far enough off to the side that you won't be in the way for those lining up to go in and its not out of the way for anyone. Also, you really don't wanna have to go through all the lights rollin up there together, so I think meeting in one of the side parking lots would be much better

 

We could do that if people like that better.

yeah, east lot would probably be OK, but it'll be hard to find everyone if we only have 7 people there... Are there not any other people that are going to go??

i will be going in my '05 ss and my father will be going in his '09 hhr ss...it's his birthday and hopefully i'll have some exhaust on it for him that day or the trifecta tune. i guess put me down twice for him too
