I think it would be a great idea to collect/require all necessary information from vendors on how/when to contact them and sticky it in the individual forums.

Example:
https://www.cobaltss.net/forums/over-top-performance-167/contacting-ottp-221077/

This would potentially help cut down on poor customer experiences and angry unproductive threads.

Members can PM us on here (best), or email us, we always get back to them within 1 day, most likely within an hour. Include an order number or full name, and a brief description of the topic.

This way each vendor can state what works best for them (on how to contact them). Phone works, but it is hard, being you are always multi-tasking and not always right there. If you phone, you should always leave a message (name, number, and brief message) otherwise we have no idea anyone tried to call.
