I can't create a new thread in the classifies

Hello, I'm trying to sell some parts but when I go to create a thread it says I don't have permission to do so...I believe I meet the post and account time requirements though. Any ideas?

You do meet the required post and membership time count. For whatever reason, the site has not switched over the usergroup you are in to full member. PM either admin linked below, and they can set you up.
