insight help please.....

with all the problems i have been having with my car lately i have found an 07 sssc with 21000 miles on it it took it for a drive and it runs like a champ no oil on the block like with my 06 no noise from the supercharger no loss of power it was what my car should be like. should i get rid of my car for the 07? it's red with a low rise wing, sunroof, limited slip i left marks on the test drive lol just looking for ideas on if i should do a trade and keep all the problems to myself and let the dealership figure it out on thier own.

bump

Your car should still be under warranty...why don't you take it in and let the dealership deal with it...

Yeah man...that's understandable. I'm guessing you bought your car new. I still say let the dealer fix all your problems. If you have that much higher power involved...they should fix everything. Or take it to a different dealer and explain the situation. Usually when you give the guilt trip they tend to be nicer to you and will fix your problems. If not, and you feel like this new car is a better choice, then go for it man!

Sounds like you answered your own question, cause your still going to be in the same boat but with an older car, mind you it may never give you the same amount of problems, but then again, you might wind up with something worse. Might be worth your while to look at something completly different from chev.

Just to mention this will most likely get moved cause it's in the wrong section.

sorry about the wrong section i hope it does get moved maybe more people would be more into it lol i did not buy it new i bought it used if i can get my payments in the same range then i just might consider it i have had ford for my first vehicle (92 ranger) dodge for my second (neon r/t) and now i have chevy (cobalt) i love the handling of the cobalt. it handles better than my old neon. they have good vehicles. like i said though i took out the other car and i checked it over for anything i could think of and it is solid. the dealership would also put in writing that it is covered to 100,000 miles bumper to bumper and power train.

holy ****, that's a whole different kettle of fish. With that warrenty and it seeming to be a "more solid" car, if you can get your payments in the same ballpark, I'd take it.
