I just saw one for Universal Technical Institute.

 

I took a screen shot of it. It is in the workchat.

 

It seems to be random every time you change pages. I've seen a few different ones already.

I don't think that's an issue. My adblocker is blocking everything from every other site. I'm starting to think it may be a new "feature" added to the site like a random sticky however its just stuck to the top spot in the forums.

You might be right. I have adblock plus on my browser AND adaway on the phone I was tethered too but am still getting it
