why resizing sig pic isnt working?

why resizing sig pic isnt working?

I just tried to change my signature pic, started with a picture about 8x9. Kept sizing it down and it still uploads the same.....I save it with adobe, retitle it and reupload it. All the way down to .8"x.6" and still just shows the top of the pic and cutoff WTF




Heres the picture, and you can see what it looks like below.

near as I can tell, Bob, signature pics show 500 pixels wide by 150 pixels tall. Your picture is larger than that so it is taking the top 150 pixels.

Crop it in adobe to 150 pixels tall, by cutting above and below the car until you get to 150.

because thursday is day off from teh internet w the kids. Spent most of the day at the beach dieing in ******* awful humidity then went to patriot place for the bass pro mega car show. Ended up being a sweaty pain in the ass day with crabby kids and now my back and shoulders are toast from my son being on them all day because he refused to walk.

sized this pic down to 1.7 in height.... file size is super small and ever made on a banner site...>WTTTTTTTTTTTTF HELP
