Most Of houston is with out power. They're still getting rain as the storm moves out. Galveston is destroyed, an parts of Houston did flood. News here is feeding of a H-town Station, and said they just began search and rescue and other service operations about 2 hrs ago. For all y'all H-town i hope you made through safe, it'll good to hear from y'all when y'all get back on.

Hey Darrion, I dont think its going to hit you as tough. As of now it looks like the storm is moving more eastward and is barely going to give you all some rain.

 

ya i work for an insurance company and the claims are rolling in fast

 

Yeah, I heard from the news that people are urged to not to clean up to fast or all of the damage. They said to take pics and get a adjuster (i think) out there as soon as possible.

 

well at least your ok but i know we still havent heard from at least 2 guys in houston that were gonna stay and wait it out i hope there ok

but on a serious note, I'm just worried about my family that stayed behind. they live in SW houston and they tell me theyre safe but without electricity still. I live in the heart of Galveston, 3 blocks from the Seawall. I have a feeling the cars I left behind got flooded

on another note! I just got a txt message from a neighbor in Galveston that stayed. They are safe and our homes are too.

 

my car got fucked, i need a new fender, maybe a new door and definately a new hood.

 

at least your friends and famiy and homes are safe but they say that galviston wont have electricy for another month if you need any thing or any kind of help mark just let us know
