Question about 2.4 tuning

I was wondering if anyone in the dfw/plano area can or has already tuned 2.4's with their hptuner. I just recieved my header and downpipe(not installed yet) yesterday, so i'll be looking at getting a tune once they're installed. Just wanted to know if anyone in the area could do it and how much you would be charging. i was looking at the custom tune from trifecta that clear image auto is retailing for $300, but if someone around here that knows what they're doing can do it for less that would be better. Well anyways i'm not looking to get it done any time soon, i was just looking to see what people are charging. Thanks.

why do you need tuning for just a header and downpipe. You shouldn't need one and you will still notice a difference. I would wait on a tune until you start changing internal stuff and then it will make the difference. Just install it and have fun with it.

Sorry i wasn't clear. I don't have just header and downpipe. I just recieved them the other day. With those additions it completes all my basic bolt ons as far as I/H/DP/Catback. I was looking for a tune to get the most out of those parts. Plust i have the CEL from my intake that a tune will fix as well. So no one around here with HpT can tune a 2.4?

The 2.4 tune actually has a whole lot more potential on even a stock car...so on a car with basic bolt ons it makes a nice 10-15WHP difference
