Every week we have a GTG on Thursday at the Hooters off 183 and Bryant Irving. It is in south FT. Worth Tx. For those of you that are members down south. Click on the flyer for info on discounts, pictures, and rules....



And this doesn't mean bring your stock honda accord out. You will actually have to be there in a decent ride. Considering this is a car meet.

and? Last I heard it was a 2 beer limit. The reason why is they can't own a license there so they can't charge for it. Do you get a discount on the food there? I don't think there are 130+ cars showing up on a thursday night either. People come from mesquite and even father to this meet. I don't think the 20 minute drive will kill you guys in your economy gas cars. Besides whats 2 beers going to get you?

On a side note I just signed a petition at the ft worth hooters to get the license back at south arlington ;-P

Thats not really an issue the ls2tech guys are all high and mighty, but other then that its ok. Its just like a highschool. Meaning everyone has their groups. The asian guys keep to them selves, the spanish peeps keep in their group, then the white guys keep in the car group haha mustang guys sit around and hang out in lawn chairs (they are some really good people) like i said the ls1 tech guys roll in late and try to start sh*t like 360's fast acceleration across the parking lot things that arenot allowed at the meet. Then they claim to not have known they weren't allowed to do it. Isn't it against the law and weren't you taught that in school? HMMM All in all its a pretty good meet. This week has a hell of a surprise in store I will not run around mentioning what it is I just highly recommend showing up you wont be disappointed.

Well to be fair the LS1Tech guys have been doing this meet a LOT longer than the current organizers, by at least a few years. So it's no wonder to me they don't want to play by the new "managements" rules. If it's "just like highschool" then I'm not interested, I graduated high school years ago, no need to go back now. Also I have a college seminar Thursday night anyhow.

Ls1tech don't meet on Thursday. They meet saturdays. What I mean by highschool is everyone keeps in their own little groups of cars. If your looking for a meet that has a variety of different cars where everyone huddles around in a single group then good luck. I've never been to any meet that is like that but f-body or mustang strict organizations. When you get several different class's of cars together and a variety of different people your not going to have that type of meet.
