I've been posting in other areas of the forums. Other than that, I've been real busy with school and work. Finally got my rims powder coated, but the weather has been so crappy, that I haven't had a chance to get my car washed as well as one of my rims got bent somehow. There is no curb rash on the rim and no signs of me hitting a pot hole on the tire itself, so I have no idea how it got bent. As well as I need to get some new tires. The stock Conti's are about done for. Found these: Goodyear Eagle GT Will probably order them this weekend while I file my taxes

How you guys been? Oh yea, I saw a red Cobalt SS yesterday leaving the Tatoo/Adult Emporium on Hwy 72 yesterday. Looked like the supercharged model with the high rise. Saw it around 16:30 yesterday. Not sure if anyone knows who that is. And then this morning, I saw a black Cobalt SS with a high rise. Looking at the rims from a distant (vehicle was moving), looked liked an TC. Fish bowling too. I need to quit paying so much attention to passing Cobalt SS. I almost got in a wreck yesterday because I was trying to spot one

I am doing it for looks... don't plan on tracking my car so they won't see abnormal heating

besides, from what i've seen no one on here has had trouble with the R1 Concept rotors cracking, and people have had them on the s/c balts for years

Think I'll try to get started on mounting the new turbo up Sunday (before the Super Bowl of course). I got class tommorow from 9:30am - 5pm. Although from 12pm on is all PE activities we are teaching to each other.

If any of you have a nice catless DP you want to trade for a ZZP spun metal cat (the expensive one) let me know. I'm gonna need a catless DP or I'm tearing out the spun metal core in mine.

You can drive over Sunday and pull in one of my garages to swap out them out.

oh ****, met a new girl today... well, a co-workers sisters... females seem to always hamper the spending of money on cars.... but who knows, some times these things work out, sometimes they don't... so far she seems to be exactly what i'm looking for:

in her fourth year of college, already working full time, attractive, seems to have a sense of humor... I don't want to post pics because that always seems to jinx things like this(but she is more than pleasant on they eyes).... i'm just going to let this play out for a little while before I convince myself this is a good thing

I have **** luck with women, the girls I should stay with I end up calling it quits with, the girls I pursue, aren't worth pursuing

No gain, the spun metal cat is like 2-3 whp less then a catless DP on the stock K04 turbo (spun metal cat is the highest flowing cats you can get). What I need is the cat gone so I can get as much flow as possible for the 2871 turbo. It flows a **** loads more.

Why did you take the Dejon off?
Was it throwing codes or something?

I forgot to tell you Josh I talked with Brian at BNR Supercars about having a meet at his place. He told me it was a possibility. So maybe a good place for a local meet or maybe even the Alabama/Georgia meet. Maybe bring a grille and BBq or something.

I spent $200 on a bag today... oh, not some damn purse, something with a use:

more than I wanted to pay for one but if i'm making this my career might as well get a bag that will make it through with me... and a lifetime warranty so if something happens to it, they'll replace it for free

Ah, finally! Clean car!

Taking the car in this evening to get two rims fixed and my tires will come in tomorrow, so those will get mounted on this week as well.

Looking good man, but in my opinion, you need some dark headlights.

I couldn't agree with you more. Not sure how I want to go about it though. I've heard stories about how the headlight is: PITA to remove/put back in; requires a beating to get back in (literally); near impossible to getting it back in and having it flushed with the car, etc.

I know they make aftermarket ones for you car, heck you have projector options. My only option for my HHR SS was either GM limited fall edition healights (black chrome) or taking mine apart and painting them.

I went with the geniune GM units, they cost more but the quality is better then I could have ever done.

I thought the projectors weren't D.O.T. certified though? Or perhaps I'm thinking something else, which wouldn't be the first time I've done that. It is Monday after all
