If so, I would say you either have a bad 3 bar MAP or something with wiring since the old tune ran perfect before the MAP sensor swap.
Your car doing something like this?? https://www.cobaltss.net/forums/2-0l...o-soon-259081/

When I retuned it back to old tune there was no DTC at all. But vacuum was at 24 and didn't want to stay at a steady idol for a while. And when I tryed to move the car I had to give it more gas then normal. But that other guys post in his descriptions about his problem mine is about the same.
Vince emailed me back and he said "looks like the MAP is hooked up wrong. It reads 112 kpa all the time" I sent back that I followed the instructions for the wiring. And he said "well, something is wrong- either the sensor or the wiring..." what's next guys?

I would say swap back to your old sensors for now and put the last good tune on.
Where did you buy the 3 bar sensors at?

The Speakerbox Grand Opening Super Meet - Huntsville Car Scene.com
In that thread, the tatoo dude from Huntsville says he is making a Cobalt car club?
Also,
Oh, and if anyone has any groups or clubs that want to park together (Honda group, Ecotec guys, etc) let me know with about how many you'll have and I'll start setting aside spaces for you guys. OR if you want to come out to the shop, we can go over different spots.
So if any of you are interested, let me know.

Depending on Richard (Team SS) dyno time, I will be there before or after his dyno session at trackmasters.
So as soon as I know that I'll post in here what time I'll be over there.

Ok here's the plan for after work guys. Im gonna re-check all the wiring and go back over the wire diagram seeing that the pigtail wires are all black but they are numbered on the plugs. After that I will reset the bios battery for the Ecm. If that don't work then it will be a bad MAP Bar. So ill just reinstall the stock ones and re-tune it back to the way it was.

Wow seriously the trifecta vs HPT thing is retarded on this forum. And the fact is I trapped higher than 90 % of the fully bolted hptuned cars on this site with just a catted downpipe, k&n sri and just a tune from vince. Ignorance is bliss i guess. I mean no Vince won't get you the highest gains but for a lot of people with no options it sure beats a burnt piston or hole in the block.
