I don't know any shops down there myself.

But most shops shouldn't charge more then $300 for just one door.

CEL light staying on now. HP program says its a misfire in number 1 cylinder. Checking plugs tomorrow when I have time to work on it. Put an armadilla threw front grill, splitter, intercooler. Checked intercooler pump its dead, replacing soon. Could this cause misfire? Any suggestions?

Yes having a cracked / leaking intercooler which would cause a boost leak which could cause a misfire.

Ha ha I give myself about 4 - 10 hours to do it if no problems arise. I'm not the fastest worker and I do like to take breaks because I start to get pissed. Plus I am fat so it is hard to move around ha ha ha ha ha.

Only thing I am mainly worried about is bending that coolant line other then that I believe it is pretty straight forward. Although I do have the turbo gasket and o2 gasket I forgot to get a oil drain gasket so I will be doing some backyard engineering for that lol. Probably use gasket maker if the stock one is pretty rough shape.

Unless Brian at BNR has changed the gaskets used that come with the BNR turbo for the swap, I highly recommend getting ahold of OEM ones.

I bought OEM gaskets , I actually bought my BNR used from Frogs on here so I had bought new oem gaskets. Like I said only one I didn't buy was oil return line gasket but I think I can work with that.
