Carolina Cobalts
Sportlines look perfect on cobalts - just the right amount of lowering! (its actually a bit lower now that the springs have settled) BTW - still havent seen any other 08 or 09 SS's around here. I saw a Yellow SS/SC in Cary the other day - I tried to hook a uturn to see who it was but got stuck at a light.

OKAY guys... if anyone is in the market for an SS/SC or knows someone who is... this is my old car... it has 60's, 2.8, meth, header, ZZP downpipe, and 3" exhaust on it... I detuned it ALOT for safe driving. But I can give out any more information about it you need! Plus all the tunes I had made for it!

Hey folks. I've chatted with Beamer and a few others in the Carolinas about an idea we in the DSLSJA had. Im sending a pm to a number of you in this thread regarding it. the reason I did that vs posting it here is that I want to be sure to get people's honest opinion. =)
Feel free to post any replies in here as well if you want to. I think this could be very very good for all of us.
Thanks
Steve

My message must have come across very poorly lol =)
I know you have an LNF. The thought is to use the sales/marketing/expirence of the DSLSJA to start up a Balt club for the 2.2's, 2.4's, LNF's, etc.
It would be a division of the DSLSJA but on it's own

Hey dub and gestapo. Not sure if Photo sent the PMs to you or not. I think what he is trying to say is that currently there is the DSLSJA club, but why not expand it to also include the LNF, LE5 and L61s.
The idea is the DSLSJA name is already in existance and has a lot of behind the scene activities already in place that as of right now, does not make sense to phase it out completely. It would be more, creating a spin off club to include all of the above that was previously mentioned under a club name of Carolina Ecotecs or Carolina Cobalts (or really whatever name anyone wanted to create). This would take all of the "mini" clubs that are already out there and join them together to make one LARGE club spanning the Carolinas.
Does that make things a little clearer? What are your thoughts?

i replied to the message I received with the car club I am currently in. East Coast Cobalts. We have about 15 members in NC, and then theres several around the east coast. not sure exact numbers. I dont know if youv seen the D&B meet in MD, but its advertised as "East Coast Cobalts D&B meet" Check out this thread for some info, not too many people replied unfortunatly
