So, I used to go them when I was a kid. One of those things... bucket of chicken, everyone in the car, and the after dark double feature.

While looking over my movie showing times locally, I noticed something. Two drive ins. Little more research, and they're all over the state of Florida it seems. Tampa. Dade City. Ocala. Few other places.

Anyone ever organise a meet up at one just for the hell of it to freak out the regulars with a row of Cobalts?

i think that would be a great money maker if your in an area that doesnt have one

We were talking about drive-ins on another thread a few weeks ago. There aren't that many left, a lot of areas just don't have any anymore.

I've had lots of great sex at drive-ins, saw my first soft **** at 17 at a drive-in, got stoned and saw many great movies back in the day. Ah, memories!

I'm lucky that there are still two in my area and both broadcast the soundtrack on FM so in the 'balt the sound is 90% as good as in a theatre. ****, I think I'll go and see what's playing tonight!
