are there any good shops in the knoxville area that do custom tuning on the 09 tc balts?

no there are not. I had to take mine to Charlotte to have it done. I have yet to find anyone in knoxville that knows WTF they are doing on a Cobalt. I found 1 person that was willing to do it, but when he said, "I'd be glad to do it. We can use your car as the guinea pig so I can do more of these things.", that pretty much told me to go to Charlotte.
