how to loose weight quick

i need to loose weight very quickly does anyone have an idea on how to do that. i dont care if its unhealthy but i need to loose weight

hummm I had chemo lost 47 pounds in a month.

For unhealthy I would say drink a crap load of water, work out like a crazy person, and eat frozen little meals.

eat once a day, work 80 hrs a week- which included hauling kegs up and down a flight of stairs.

did that for 2 months, lost 55 lbs. during the first...... unfortunately haven't been able to figure out another way, so I'm interested as well

1. Go to your local Sports Authority.
2. Purchase a large amount of "Quench" gum.
3. Chew "Quench" gum all day but do NOT swallow the saliva from chewing. Instead, spit the saliva into a bottle; preferrably one which is not clear.
4. Continue this until you have lost weight.

You should actually eat 6 meals a day. 'Closed fist' size in portions. And you need to drink tons and tons of water on top of regularly exercising. He will want to focus on aerobics but can also do light weight training so his body doesn't get used to the same thing as fast. If he just runs, he will plataeu extremely quick.

completely agree. 6 meals a day spaced 2-3 hours apart but never over eat. you should never be full, stay hungry. eat items that kill hunger (almonds work well for me) and jog a mile or so a day or 3 miles every two days. works very well and not only lose weight but get a little cut

Exercise and a healthy diet. Not crash diets or pills. If you lose weight through exercise and a reasonable diet, you may actually keep it off. Plus it will be better for your self-confidence. Crash diets and pills are not good for self-confidence because there is no real sense of accomplishment.

when i got mono back in dec, my tounsels swelled almost to the point of my throat being closed, didnt eat/drink anything for a week, lost 16 pounds

Honestly? The most unhealthy is meth. The healthiest way is to exercise 5x/week, eat 6 small meals every day, drink nothing but water. You pick.

If you want to loose weight fast and are just looking to loose around 20-30lbs try the "master cleanse diet", I would say it is a fast since you dont have any solid food just liquid. You have 1 ounce grade b maple syrup, 1 ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice and about 1/10 teaspoon cayenne pepper to every 8 ounces of water. Just drink that about 6-8 times a day and dont eat anything, it will detox your body and you will feel better than ever after. I lost about 10-12 pounds in 4 days. Just good "Master Cleanse Diet" or "Beyonce Diet" and you will see what I am talking about.
