I live in Panama City and have asked around everywhere trying to get my cruise turned on. The wiring is installed and ready to go. Either the scan tool they have isn't a Tech 2 or they're flaky/shady.
Apologies if this isn't the right place to ask, but if someone wants to make some quick, easy cash, I'll drive to you if you can do this for me, or if you have any recommendations, it'd be helpful.
