Just bought a 2006 Cobalt SS/SC. Evidently has S2 pulley, S2 injectors, CAI and some exhaust work. Keep popping P0172 code (rich condition), so I'm looking for someone to adjust my fuel trims and maybe a few other parameters. Thanks!

Pinellas Park off Park and Belcher.

ZZP S3 with 2.9 pulley, ZZP S3 HE, ZZP CAI. Sometime's it will run perfect and then out of no where it starts the idel problem. Almost sounds like a misfire when I take off I have to rev it up and it bogs every once in a while while im moving.

Cleaned the throttle body and all hoses, check all the plugs, took the injectors out and reseated them, cleaned the maf sensor, and disconnected battery and connected.

I could probably go out and drive it for the rest of the night then maybe tomorrow or acouple days later it will start up again. Completely random.

 

I had that setup and had some issues with idle. The idle problems may just be the canned tune acting up. Not so sure about the bogging though but Im sure one of these local guys can help you out. Good luck

 

idle issues are from the canned tune more than likely. I get that funky idle every once in awhile (moreso with the AC on ive noticed).

 

It seem's more than a canned tune problem. My engine shakes horribly when it happens and its not just at idel, it while driving. I think because of it I need new motor mounts, today while driving when I would go over a bump or down shift you could hear a metal clanking noise under the car. Now the car is fine again.

 

Well maybe you should check them first?
