Well Trey I hate to burst your bubble. I asked that guy if I could take it for a spin... He had the same paddles as me Yoshimira exhaust power commander for the fuel injection. i wasnt that impressed and the ride was not any better than mine. On the drag strip it was even worse in the 300 foot i beat him by 6 or 7 bikes.. it was uber pwnage.

sorry but unless you can get your hands on an old honda 250R then honda aint worth buyin.. if you gonna get one get what aaron has, the 700 raptor, or a zuka.. i've never been to impressed by anythin honda had to offer.. OR if you can get your hands on one you could always get a yamahammer banshee 350 twin.. them ******* are bad ass...

The 700 Looked mean but the bike was very tame... Get a 700 raptor before the honda 700. You should be able to pick up a 08 yfz cheap. They will be trying to get rid of them because the 09's are out.

 

the yfz is pretty cheap to begin with arent they? they was when they first came out anyways.. any who get the raptor or yfz 450.. you cant go wrong with a yamahammer..

 

Banshee's suck stock. I pick them out the grill of my yfz all day.
Now when you bore and stroke them and have them running on alcohol. now thats a different story.

Incorrect sir. The honda TRX450r is cheaper than the yfz450 The trx has less suspension travel and does not come standard with electric start. Now i know some people that swear the kick start is the **** but after the bike gets hot and that 11.6.1 compression will kick back and break your ****** shin. I just push the button on mine and ride off.

The yfz has powder coated frames and a-arms Dual over head cams 5 valve head with titanium valves (wich makes valve adjustments a thing of the past) Yamaha uses magnesium engine componets to save on weight.

The trx450 uses a single over head cam 4 valve. valve adjustments are frequent. A taller stance - higher center of gravity. minor suspension adjustment (dumb if you ask me because its a MOTOCROSS BIKE!

After you compare apples to apples the yamaha is better bang for the buck.

The inside of the blower is machined so that it is PERFECT. No flaws. If there was a flaw, the sc rotors would most likely catch and massive failure would promptly follow afterwards. WELDING THESE HOLES SHUT WILL RESULT IN THE MASSIVE FAILURE!!!

Welding creates a lot of heat. So much that it melts metal to metal and strongly bonds it together.

...that's hot.

What I'm getting at is this. If you weld these holes shut, it WILL warp the machined surface inside the supercharger, whick WILL result in a mojar fock up!1

I've been reading up on this and I've come to the confusion that I dont wanna do this to my car because its too much of a risk. Like aaron said, a ticking time bomb. My suggestion, then, is to get bigger diameter charge piping (cold air intake) and a bigger throttle body to handle larger valumes of air. This will make your sc scream like a cat in a blender. Or in anthony's case... a quieter eshaust. lol

Engine bay shiney. All these cover cars you see on modified mag and import tuner have engine bays that look like they've never been touched by human hands. Lol catch my drift?

Of course, the "shiney" on your car is actually the four little green bolts on that pulley of yours... Know what I mean?

ahh yes i need to pull the lights off my car and take the lil metal things out thats in front of the cut off line.. thats what makes it glare up like that. i guess its just a poor design or somethin cuz from what i've noticed all projector headlights has it but they dont all cause the glare like mine do.
