2nd annual coby meet. I have been talking to many coby's in the Jacksonville area. For instance we had 9 come out last night at my car club meeting. i would like to spread outside the Jacksonville area.

PLACE: Roses parking lot, Western BLVD Jacksonville, NC, near the China Garden buffet.
DATE: 31 AUG
ALTERNATE PLACE: Behind Best Buy under the old wood auning, on the Western extension past walmart.

sorry i couldnt make it today, the wifey started to complain, so i had to shut her up.

 

Its all good. We had a small turn out. Only 5 showed for the meet. Then 4 of us went for a nice fun cruise down to wilmington and back.

WHEN: OCTOBER 19TH 10:00AM

We will meet for a few hours till everyone shows up and then we are going to cruise to the Piedmont Dragway where they are having "Chevy Day" and test-n-tune street legal drags.

The gates open at noon and they run the track from 1-4pm. If you plan to run i suggest you bring a helmet just incase they aren't optional. also bring enough money for food and entry into the track...

As of this morning i have 15 Coby's confirmed showing to the meet.

I knew i would find a lejeune thread! I probably pass by every single one of you guys everyday! lol I havent come to any of your meets yet, but ill have to start getting into that!

 

Hell yea.. Just get up with Aaron.. he usually sets most of the stuff up. We're having a big meet up in Raliegh on Oct. 19th. Going to roll outta Jville 10 stong hopefully.. then meet up with more halfway to Raliegh. Once in Raliegh.. people should start trailing in at the Crabtree mall before we all roll over to some raceway. They're having Chevy day at the track

 

were getting close to that time of the month. Oct 19th is the day of the 1st state wide meet that i know of here in NC...

so far we have 27+ supposed to be there. Some are meeting at the mall and the rest are meeting at the dragstrip...i spoke with the track manager and he said if we have enough show up they are going to have a whole staging lane roped off just for us. if you have any questions please call me at
