Weld how and were? And as far as tensors will the stock lsj be ok with a 2.2 belt or... a shorter belt. I have no idea how many groves the 2.2 and 2.0 have.

Get the clutch of the alternator welded. Then use the 2.2 belt and tensioner.

My advise, Do not go Hahn... Stupid premium pricing for a not so impressive turbo kit... which is the 20g... gay.

Build the turbo kit yourself, which is cheaper and more reliable in my opinion. Hahn just charges you a horrible expensive price because they wanna be the Greddy or HKS of the Cobalt world...

They're FMICs are like $700 for God's sake! Jeez

You want reliable for a very long time? Build your motor, ASAP.

Charging people $4,500 for a 20g turbo kit seems sketchy bro.

You're gonna need a lot more than that turbo kit to make that cobalt run right man, I hope you've compensated for that...

Hey are you the one dude with the red cobalt? Sorry man I forgot your name.

i have the kit and its running great so far. i have the spec stage 3+ and it almost feels like stock. also i use a 2.4 alternator and i taped the oil pan...the only thing i did was t-bolt clamps because the warm clamps suck
