Clutch is F'ed bad. Slips of course. I'm pretty sure I cracked the trans casing which is why its leaking fluid. I'll be pulling it soon to evaluate the damage. If its done I'm looking for a G85 trans and a new clutch/flywheel set.

Plus I killed it racing at the track. Wheel hop took its toll after several hard track passes. Time for OTTP mounts

Yeah my car hates me lately. Been pushin it hard.

LOL!!! Did a 14.3@102mph w/ 2.365 60's and the clutch was slipping on that run. I'm having trouble breaking 13's again cause everytime the track is prepped the clutch slips.

 

damn richie that sucks hope you get it back running soon i left early gf was with me and they kept prepping the track every 5 minutes literally so i was irritated lol

 

Yeah I know us too. We usually get like 7+ runs in. Only did 4 that night.

Bad news is I got under there and cleaned it all up and checked for the leak. Coming between motor/trans.

Well good news is I have been sourcing trans and found some for some good prices w/LSD Looks like car will be back on the road with G85 and new clucth and flywheel

I'll be pulling the car in soon now and taking it apart. I'm surprized we made it home on how bad it's leaking.

Thanks bro. I won't let it stay like this long. I'm really excited to tear it apart now. At least now I'll have a soild drivetrain after I'm done.

Funds finally came in. I will be ordering my trans tommorrow. Already ordered my gmpp clutch and new stock flywheel. Gonna order mounts this week, so my TTR upper one will be for sale soon

 

glad to see you getting it back together so quick and so you can come down and tune my car lol
