If I didn't have to sleep after working overnight, or sleep at all, I would help you out. Now I think I wanna have mine done at home or at the shop and not pay a professional to mess things up. I've done a rwd clutch, but it was a little easier because it didn't have half shafts! lol! I'm sure it's involved, seems like all you will need is a couple of special tools to hold the motor up and to pull the axles (assuming they aren't rusted in.)

Thanks soooo much guys. I talked to my bro Danny and he said I could use his shop to do it. He's gonna try and get his lift up to make it easiser.

I wanna do this on the Sat the 17th and 18th if need be. I wanna knock it out in 1 day if possible. So any and all help will be much appriciated. I'll see about buying pizza and drinks for those who help. I just need to get this done. I'm SOO tired of seeing the car just sit there and I need to get back in the game

So after reading the instuctions that Jordan posted, this should go well with some help. I have taken off most off those components before. I have the old trans out the car. So i can see how the throw-out bearing goes on before hand. Only prob I see is bleeding the system.

Hmm...I have family visiting the weekend of the 17th, so I don't know if I can make it or not. If they are busy doing other stuff than maybe I can for a bit, but otherwise I may not be able to, I'll let you know.

It's all good if you can't. I asked for the day off today. See if I get it.

It should all go well with a coupole extra hands. The build book instructions look very simple

LOL yes. One day you will learn grasshopper

Well at least some good came out of the whole break down. I missed driving the car so bad. I haven't really diven it around since it broke. Plus thia install crap was upsetting me. So I had to take it out last night. Man did it fell so good to get behind the wheel again. I really missed the blower whine.

After thinking what else could go wrong with this build, I kept thinking in my head that, watch the trans isn't even gonna be a real posi. So I had to test it out.

Great news is, IT IS A POSI TRANS. It laid down 2 nice thick stripes. Did it at night so no pics LOL. But I think I'll do another to show here LOL

idk richie, mine lays down 2 stripes as well and no LSD here...

when it is up in the air before you start taking things apart, turn the driver side wheel, if the passenger side turns the same direction, it is LSD, if not, it is not

Yep...if the tires have equal traction, you can paint 2 stripes without a lsd. I was able to do it in my ss/sc as well. Try giving it gas with the wheel turned and see if you start spinning, just to be sure.

Did that as well. Had the wheels turned and felt the front end spin. I need to get it up in the air though. My car has never put down 2 stripes before though. So it was nice to see
