I've only done a couple (I'm an engine type of guy) I just know there's little tricks to every car. I've seen in some thread, someone reccomending a few things to buy and replace while I'm changing the clutch (some sort of oil or tranny line) I know I need new flywheel bolts

A lot you guys like Pedders...what makes them better in your opinion? Are they lower / stiffer / more comfortable / etc. compared to Sportlines? They seem to be the most expensive springs, at least at compared to the other stuff TTR sells.

Pedders will give you the best performance out of any springs hands down. They won't give you the best drop, but the ride isn't as bad as some other springs and they can def run circles around anything else on a track. If you aren't ever going to AutoX or road race or anything, they are prolly overkill, unless you really are into canyon carving. But I AutoX and I am not a fan of a ridiculously bumpy ride so for me it was a no brainer.

If you dont mind a bit of a raked stance go with pedders. They ride nice, i kind of want to switch to ssc's though because i like the stance and they are close to stock performance wise.

Ugh, decisions! My top two priorities would be a modest drop, maybe in the realm of 1 / 1.5 while keeping the ride quality as stock-feeling as possible.

Welcome to the world of damaging misfires EJ. It means that you are misfiring so bad that you are doing damage to the CAT. Happens to me all the time. Your fuel will also get stupid rich when that happens. Get off of the gas whenever that happens. That's how I fried a piston...

On a different note who wants to help drop the subframe of my car? We have my garage to do it in. Won't have to go all the way out to Steves house again haha
