I do so many drag passes, I am hell on tires. The V12's should be fine for a DD.

I just got a set of Potenza 760s from Costco and so far they are the best tire I've owned. Previous tires were the stock ss/sc Pzeros, then to Kumho Ecstas, then to stock ss/tc Contis to General Exclaim UHPs.

Generals were a let down - only 20k miles for a tires with double the treadwear rating from stock. They also got really noisy and lost significant by 10k.

Contis weren't much better, but that little lip on the edge to protect from curb rash was nice. Wish every tire had it. Ok traction, but only got 20k miles.

Kumhos had promise, but I ended up trading the car in before I got any significant use out of them.

Pzeros were better than most give them credit for - great lateral grip and I got 32k miles out of them.

Obviously the Pzeros and Contis are expensive, and the Kumhos and Generals were around 600 installed. The Potenzas were 760 (but with Costco that includes road hazard replacements and nitrogen), but with a couple thousand on them so far they're sticky in corners, sticky in a straight line, and really quiet. The sidewalls are much stiffer than I expected - my ride is about the same on these brand new as it was on my worn-out Generals.

Do you care how many miles you get out of them? A coworker got some Continenal DWS tires for his MS3 and was actually quite happy. They're all-season tires, but he said they had very good traction off the line, just can't quite keep pace in the corners with a good summer tires. But they also have a 50k mile treadwear warranty and only cost ~150 a tire.

Depends on what's blown, but I think ZZP sells various internal parts for it? Fairly cheap too if I recall right.

my bs of the day sold the new tires that were suppose to go on her to engine joe. but picked this up in ft Huachuca for $25(normally $180+ shipping) and the guy gave me these for another $25 (probably giving to jerry) and found this next to the dumpster so i snagged it for curtains for the price of free.99 lol
saw this on my way home
