our exhaust is pretty much the same other than my downpipe but I lost 1 psi from going to a bigger downpipe.I also ported the **** out of my LSJ manifold too.I think its the porting on my head,The gen2 head already has slightly bigger ports than previous L61's plus my magical dremel work added to that

Has anyone ever heard of a muffler falling apart on the inside and making it sound like you have a exhaust leak?

 

Ive heard of muffler blowing out but iif it did that it would rattle and just be louder.It wouldnt sound like a leak necessarily.But it would be noticeable in volume and tone.

 

And there is a rattle on the exhaust system.And if you look at all the mounts none of them are broke or cracked

idk man, ive never heard of anyone hitting 11psi on a 2.9 either except you lol

i'm not on stock head either though...i think my LSJ manifold might be holding me back.

Car runs the same though, setup hasn't changed...im still not hitting my target AFR at WOT. From what I've read, this can be caused by the MAF not being tuned correctly but I have no way to verify this. Probably gonna try and mess with my intake and see if it changes anything

I need to get an exhaust flange welded on my balt, so I can get my catback installed (the previous owner had a custom exhaust put on it, and it has no flanges on it). I figure since wherever I take it to put a flange on will already be under there, so I should just have them put the exhaust on for me. I want to get this thing in ASAP! It's bugging me that it's just sitting on my living room floor! haha, also how much do you guys think this will run me (welding a flange on, and the installing on a new catback that I already bought)?
