Arizona BS Thread
I didnt know there was a crime about asking someone that owned a car before you if he/she ever had a problem with something, before you took to it a dealership or a repair shop or just went to a autopart store and got something....I just want to just drop cash into the car if its something simple and he knows why the car is doing something...Dealership dont catch everything during safety inspection that they perform on a car before they put it out on the lot for sale...My work just leased a 55k semi truck and it came in after the factory performed a safety inspection and it was missing the passenger side seat belt
Ok I will let you know Pm me your number so I can txt you when I have extra time and see if its a good time for u
Im not trying to be a dick or anything like that its just BS with some of the respondes some people put in here to a question that wasnt asked to them
Not meaning you!

If you dont want people commenting on something you said on a public board, there is always PM's.Just sayin. No need to get mad about it.

It's understandable to ask questions but I feel like you think I traded it in cuz it was a piece of **** and that's not even close, I just found the LNf and took it lol

Lol yeah I can't imagine it would be all that great, just kinda wanting another car to put around in.
get a used GTP
Problem with treadwear is that it's an arbitrary number that varies from one manufacturer to the next. There's no standard to go by, so a 300 treadwear Federal tire may last twice (or half) as long as a 300 treadwear Bridgestone. From what I've seen the better brand names seem last longer based on the numbers they give. Case in point -
My stock Continentals (can't rememer the treadwear but it was low) lasted 20k miles. The 340 treadwear General Exclaims I replaced them with lasted...20k miles. Now have Potenza RE760s...will let you know in a couple years how well they hold up.
For what it's worth, I've heard a lot of people praise the Federals for how they perform, but just don't expect to get a ton of life out them. If you do, it's an added bonus.
Edit: If you want a good balance between performance and life, look at Continental DWS ties. A full set will run you around 600-700 installed, but they have a 50k warranty. They're all seasons, but sticky enough to have some fun. And you get the added benefits of comfort, quietness, etc.

If anyone is looking to get a set of the Continental DWS let me know I will make a phone call and see what kind of a deal I can get you on them through my work

Ziex's are good for treadwear. The Hankook V4's are too, and thats what I ran my 12.9 in the sedan on
