I won't race for awhile...this weekend went to madrid in the jeep and had some fun with a camaro ss and a chally srt oh and a civic si...lol and all I can say is holy ***** none could get away from the angry pig, I actually found myself slowing down for them... lol they where booking it and on some tight corners I can see them pushing too hard and going onto the other lanes they need to play more forza haha...jeep was on rails and felt right at home in the bends and guess what pigs do fly had the 2 ton beast airborne a couple times never bottomed that is a fun scary road if you push it on a bike let alone a tank...so I'm never doing it again lol
Oh and found out the jeep is a real pig when in drive...but slap the auto stick and someone better move cause once you poke the beast it screams and tries to eat smaller cars haha...I love the balt but I gotta say you guys are right it's becoming the bastard child, the jeep is the big malamute that takes the whole couch and the lap and the balt is the little yorkie sitting at the feet just so it can feel your touch...my dogs have the same problem lol

Here are a few pics of the my new bake set up i did over the weekend,
Rate my work. Lol
I first took the R1concepts eline rotors and painted them black with caliper paint.

after paint was dried and cured I tooked them to my friends shop to get them turned.

finally painted the calipers (not perfect but they look good). and here is a pic of the finished setup.

Nice work^^^^ I am definitely going with the s256et .hopefully this year. I dig the rotors as well... Nal you know we don't race at our meets......but if we did I got a like somethin somethin for Ya; -).
Jeep feels slightly quicker than the balt...nothing compared to a modded one lol but since you're sitting so high and feeling the heft move so sudden it's like weeeee makes me giggle lol something so heavy shouldn't move like that it impresses me everytime I drive it I don't see myself getting bored of it...you know how long I've lasted with a stock balt...I'm gonna do the xpipe and intake and stop there that should keep me happy for a while

I know of a good welder that is cheap, really cheap IMO. his shop is called Big Tires. if i remember correctly he is located in bridge a little west of Isleta.
Thanks man. it might be to early for you but my buddy just got deported lol jk he left to mexico for some family reasons and he asked me to sell his s256et with less than 5k in it, of course this had to be a couple of weeks after i bought the s252et any way he is asking 730 the exhaust hosing and cartlidge are coated, ceramic i believe but not sure the bad thing is that it has no v band welded on into the ford exit flange

welding is easy. I made my own dowmpipe and now freshly added side exhaust. Only problem is I dont have my own welder am always having to use someone elses
pm sent.
on the rear it depends on what you want, if you order ottps stage 1 (which are currently on sale for 75 plus shipping) than all you have to do is remove the three long bolts from the mount to the frame, lift the engine a little and slide the spacer in, but if you are going to use stage 2 mounts or if you are going to use poly or something different its a little more complicated. you have to remove the mount along with its bracket, than switch mounts and replace the mount and bracket together.
That antenna was actually not bad it was like the fishing pole that comes in the cobalts but 1/3 the size kinda cute looking lol I was set on keeping it...those bastardos...now I need a shorty and them bishes are like $70...it does look good with out it since it's in the front now it looks all slick and **** lol
that sux! I hate people that steel
cool thanks
the front one is super easy man. jack the car, secure it with pillars, set the jack on the engine lift it a tad in order to kip its position, remove the stock mount, install the new mount and you are good to go. the ottp mount slides right in, no pushing or pulling around, Perfect fit.
