eeeeeeveryone's gettting tuuuuuuuned

 

not everyone, just did a quote for a full motor service/tune up for the bike, it'll be around $250ish parts plus labor, so my tune just keeps getting farther every day, , oh and I just got the suspension custom tuned on the bike today, like night and day, it was way soft all around, I no longer feel like I'm gonna fly over the bars when braking hard and it no longer squats when pulling out of a corner, I can feel the wheel getting lighter as the bike goes higher in the RPMs, I'm a bit affraid to let'er rip out of a turn cause before the soft rear suspension would absorb the torque, and prevent the wheel from braking loose, now the torque goes straight to the wheel, so it's up to my right foot to keep it from loosing traction, for those of you who own sport bikes, I advise you do this before any power mods,

so where's the pics?, you all geared up better not be ridding with no helmet, like some clowns in this town , some kid just died a couple days ago, cause he was speeding, wrecked and was not wearing gear, so you better suit up before getting on it, I wrecked and I felt like the luckiest SOB ever cause 15 minutes earlier I was riding with only a t-shirt some sweat pants, tennis shoes and a hat backwards and sun glasses, I changed and went back out, leather saved my upper body, and hands, and the full face dragged nose first on the black top, so yeah I'm still a handsome devil thanks to it , my leg didn't do so well cause I had old navy jeans on, so they shredded like paper, I like wearing jeans so I got me some riding jeans, not really the safest but still better than old navy paper jeans, so they should hold for at least half a second longer when they meet the road

on another note, I felt all good about myself when the mechanic commented on my tires not being flat centered for it being a daily commuter around town, on a set of tires with over 10k miles on them, and me riding on the edge of the tires (chicken strip on the front has about 1/4 to 5/16 which is the better be careful or you'll lowside zone, lol, and rear has none), especially with how fucked up my suspension set up was, it feels good to have people notice that kind of stuff, I realy haven't really tested the bike or myself, cause I'm scared of wiping out again, I want that leather suit, so I can start pushing it to my limits, and see what I can really do

 

i got a helmet and im waiting on getting a jacket with armor but not til i take it in for the first oil change

it's usually not what you do, but what the road throws at you (idiots in cars not paying attention, animals running accross the road, road debris, etc.), I ride with full face, leather gloves, leather jacket and boots, rayn' can be witness I'll wear nothing less, even if it's hot as hell outside, **** even cavalier has met me, have you been throught the MSF course, I advise you go for it if you haven't, I learned a couple things from it, especially how to stay safe (somewhat, ), and you can use the card to get the motorcycle endorsement on your license which is good to have when you're showing your picture to the cops
