Utah SS/SC's
It was more like 4 hours with various stops, but I can understand. It would have been shorter if the road to East Canyon was open. But yeah, it was long. And we had some fun. We went up Emigration Canyon to Dimple Dell reservoir, I-80 eastbound to Coalville, then took I-84 westbound towards Ogden. On I-84 we stopped at Taggart's and ate at Taggart's Grill, then continued to Ogden where we took US89 south to I-15 South and came back to Salt Lake. In Salt Lake we split up and the meet was over. If anybody has an idea for a meet in the future, please post up and we will do it.
yea it was fun. just if you like using a full tank of gas. lol. it would of been funner if there were alot of cobalts. but it was cool going to lunch and all. that place was good. it hit the spot. but when you planning on another meet?
We have a cruise almost planned for 12/23 to go to Kemmerer, WY, then one in early January for Denver, CO. After that, nothing. I'm definitely going on 12/23, but I'm still undecided about Denver, CO. Do you have a suggestion? I also want to keep the cruises closer. If you have a suggestion I'd be more than willing to make it happen.
I believe lowering springs are just replacements for the stock springs. If that is the case, then yes. I know I can do the front ones, but it is time consuming. Also, as I said, I think I have all the tools needed. Not 100% sure about that though. I've only gone as far as removing the front brakes. The rear brakes are a pain in the ass, so I just left them on when I painted my calipers. There is an awkward position for which to get the rear caliper bolts off and I just can't seem to find that angle.
yea we should try to do it. it will help you in the future also. i was thinking about painting my calipers to. o and another question do you have any idea how to install a pulley kit?
Im Gonna Get These Soon.
-Injen CAI
-Lowering Springs
-2.9" Pulley Kit
-42.5 lb/hr Injectors
And In a Few Months
-Full Cat-Back Exhaust w/ headers

For the pulley you need a pulley puller. I would also recommend getting a tensioner if you're not going to get a smaller belt. I have the injen CAI and know exactly how to install it. You will have to fight with it a little to get it to fit, but once it is on it will be great. I can't help you with the injectors. I've never done them before, but willing to learn. As I said, I know I can do the front springs, but the rear once are a pain due to the rear caliber upper bolt. If you can get them off (and this would be a good time to paint them) then I'm fairly confident That I can do the rear springs.
yea. well im gonna wait on the pulley kit until about febuary then im gonna get the TAG Stage 2 which will put me around 271hp but i wanna get the springs this month any hopefully the injen intake also.
