I Was at Gus Paulos Chev today and saw a Silver SS/SC on the end of a tow rope.

Who's is it and what happned.

Wow! I need to check out the regional section more often. For those who don't know, I tried installing the GM dual pass intercooler and realized midway through the job that I was in over my head. Not only that, but my bother was trying to install a 3 foot cooling hose when all that was needed was a few inches. I tried telling him what was wrong with that and one thing lead to another where I said F**k it and had my car towed to the dealership and had them finish it. I wasn't going to deal with it anymore.

 

lmao yeah i was planning on doing that but it seems way to much work for little gains... its easier to just do a heat exhanger and possiblly a better rad

 

why not do it and hook the heat exchanger up to it too? the problem i had was that the instructions didn't match up with what i was seeing on my car. the dealer actually had to run the 1/4" hose from the coolant tank to the top of the radiator instead of to the right side of the intercooler. that was my big problem. now that i have it done i can assist. i can even provide some pics of how to run the cooling lines. for me, 2/10ths was worth it.
