Las Vegas Cobalt & G5 Meetup

Alrighty, well the last one I organized got a decent turnout, sorry about not makin it Kanowitz, I've been more tired than I thought, this ranger **** is really killing me. We're gonna rock this like the military does, so constant email reminders and yes PHONE NUMBERS are important. I read earlier that someone said something about that, KK, 6am sucks, sorry to say but it does :-( , but shooting out txts a week before, a day before, and then that morning usually helps keep people in the loop and upbeat about this thing

Alrighty so here's what I was thinking...

Las Vegas--> Kyle Canyon--> Over Mt. Charleston-->Lee Canyon --> Indian Springs-->> back to Vegas

Totals out to be 82 miles from my house in the NW side of town, for you henderstud peoples, its gonna roll out to be about 102.

--------------or-------------------

There is a horse rescue out in Sandy Valley, CA, which is about 65 miles south of Las Vegas, they are always looking for volunteers, and you can bring kids, and even those of yall who don't have any experience with the wild animals can come. Basically they just look for help with washing among other things.

at some point along the way we can get food and whatnot, this way they both take up time, but not too much gas and they're both great drives.

So start giving me availability over the next month of Saturdays and Sundays. I know its christmas shopping time and whatnot, but I think a thanksgiving with the family after a cobalt meetup would be kick ass, but I want to say a tentative 9AM-1PM meetup, not too long, but enough for yall to meet each other and us to have a bit of a break and R&R with some sodas(I would say beer here, but I don't drink, so fill it with what you will).

So if this is a go for some of yall, start giving me availability and phone numbers that are able to receive txt messages ooooooorrrrrrrr email me here.

avenger09123@***.net
and my phone is 702-328-8402

I am on my laptop quite a bit and am almost always have my phone on me, so no worries about that. Just gimme screennames, guests and your date/times of avail.

Hope to hear from quite a few of yall,

Laters
Blake

Cobalt/G5 meet? Screw you guys, Ion's will have our OWN meet, and it will be WAY more cooler than yours!

:P

My GF volunteers at the horse rescue quite a bit, it's kinda cool and the drive out is nice. Things to know - their facilities are limited, like rest rooms and places to wash your hands and whatnot. Like camping out while you're their. ALso, you have to drive a little less than a 1/4 mile down a rather dusty gravel road to the gate, so bring yer' California duster.

I'm down for sure - assuming Ion's are welcome you carist bastrads (The spelling of racist reverses really well for this application, doesn't it?).
