spark plugs

where can i get this bad boys localy?
i check autozone online and i
did not give me the autolite coppers
at all >_<

I get them at NAPA for about $1.29 a piece Autolite 3922

I noticed auto zone doesn't list them either.

I purchased mine at NAPA.

i thought autolites have the copper ones =(

only pet peve i have is that if there is the turn around if there is a problem, i kno its only spark plugs. i rather buy local than online if i can help it.

The "AP" signifies it is a single platinum plug (the center electrode). Most of the auto part stores should be able to get a regular copper Autolite plug for you so you might try NAPA, Pep Boys, Kragens, CarQuest, etc. You can order online elsewhere but by the time you pay for shipping and wait for them most part stores can have them in stock if for some reason they don't carry them. If the heat range is correct and the platinum plug is the correct application number you could run it, but in forced induction application the smaller platinum electrode is more susceptible to fouling when the engine is running rich and also could be a potential hot spot for preignition if the heat range is too hot and combustion chamber temps too high. At least the Autolite platinum is a better quality plug and doesn't fall apart like the original Bosch plugs did when used in forced induction applications.
