the quick direct answer is yes it has been opened but never take out of its case.
I bought the xbox 360 bundle that came with forza and some marvel game. I already bought forza to play on my brothers xbox...

The game is brand new and never played...it was a game thrown in the package with my xbox i would rather keep the game then sell it for 20.

and i know the mods stuck this in here becuase its for sale but i put it in the NW section because i was trying to ship it and sell it local.
