iPhone 4S Broken Lock Button
Up for sale is my girlfriends iPhone 4s 16gb for Verizon. Had screen protector on front since day one as well as case. Zero scratches on the phone. Picture shows the screen protector is a little dirty. Lock button recently went bad. Other than that it functions excellent. $150

Your 4s Verizon iPhone has a SIM card slot for 4g, not for GSM. Children, I take these phones apart everyday and fix them for people. Trust me. You can't use a CDMA phone on a GSM network. The only iPhone that's ever been made that could do this is ONLY the Verizon iPhone 5. The Verizon iPhone 5 comes from the factory unlocked and is a legitimate "world phone" and can jump back and forth from CDMA to GSM. BUT it cannot use both bands at the same time. No phone can.

The SIM card is for GSM. Why? Because the 4S is a World Phone.
I have first hand experience using this phone in and out of the country on GSM networks. Countries that use GSM. It's the reason why I bought this phone.
Just because you work for Verizon as a tech doesn't qualify you as an expert, child.

I know in the 3GS, the lock button, silence switch, volume toggles AND 3.5mm headset jack are all on one ribbon cable The 4 and 4s ribbon cable is similar, but i think the actual button is replaceable. But if you're not getting any "click" or the phone isn't locking, it's a defective ribbon cable. Which sucks because you'd have to take out not only the lock button, but the silencer, volume buttons, and headset jack, etc.
