Block-off plates for stock bypass valve

We now have 6061 billet aluminum block off plates in stock. For use with after market BOV's on the Cobalt and HHR turbo's.

These are raw aluminum, no powder coating. Price is $25.00.

Thanks all.

I have not been able to get pictures up on the site but email me and I'll send you a picture. Pretty simple, raw aluminum plate with three mounting holes. As for the MAF relocation, haven't you heard? We achieved this a few weeks ago and have already been doing this for a few customers. The first batch of boost tubing with re-located MAF flanges is at the powder coaters now. We also welded all the BOV flanges on to the hot side boost tubing. Next release are aluminum block-off plates for the stock MAF sensor.

We opted not to powder coat, anodize, etc to keep the price down as it's not a visible piece anyways.

Will you guys start selling blow off valves also that you could weld to your boost piping? And how much for the new hot side boost tubing?

We don't carry BOV's at this time and most likely wont any time soon. There are too many companies for us to stock them all. You will need to send your BOV flange to us or have it drop shipped from the vendor to us. The flange needs to be steel.

Hot side boost tubing with your flange welded on is $325.00. You will need the cold side with the MAF relocated to run an atmospheric BOV correctly.
