We are in the process of building a 2.0L engine with the following:

Forged Pistons 9.5:1 compression, performance coating
cosmetic head gasket
upgraded head studs
CNC port intake, exhaust and chambers
Diamond honed guides, valve job and deck skim
SI Valves Intake Valve - GM Ecotec - 36.1mm (+1mm)
SI Valves Exhaust Valve - GM Ecotec - 31.1mm (+1mm)
Ferrea GM Ecotec Titanium Retainer - use with S10057 valve spring
Ferrea GM Ecotec Dual Valvespring - 75lb on seat, 14mm max lift
GM Valve Seal - GM Ecotec
Clean, inspect and reassemble 16 valve head

The customer has decided to go a different route so we will have it up for sale for $4500.

The engine has 27k miles on it.

 

i take it its a LSJ Motor.

 

haha, would save me a ton of time and effort in rebuilding my blown motor.... Too bad I don't have 5k

could be LNF @ 2.0

but 27k means it'd have to be offa solstice gxp\sky redline\etc, cobalt SS a bit young to have any 27k motors
