You guys bitch that you want a GB, and when it comes you guys freeze up... WTF?
If you want stuff for a cheap price, you have to jump on GB's like this.

Maybe everyone should look at this from Rebel's side... they ofer a great buy like this, no one buys... do you expect them to ever have another?

why would you want a oiled filter..?

that more the main reason of CEL and a F&cked up Sensor...

I'm just curious as to how this intake compares to others. I mean, the intake looks very well made and durable as anything I have ever seen. You've sold me on this. I want to know if I am actually seeing a power increase here. I don't want other members input as far as "feeling more throttle response," etc. 90% of the time, you trick yourself into thinking that you feel a difference. Are there physical dyno numbers for this from any member? I've yet to see any significant gains over my stock intake with the AEM dryflow filter.

Its not really that cheap. Add the $35 shipping cuz im guessin hes jus gonna charge the most he can cuz before it was $25 flat and now since its a gb why not charge more shipping and offer a "great" price.

Oiled filters better and i read somewhere hear that dry flow is more prone to sucking up water or somethin like that. If you dont over oil it, ul be fine. My Fujita was oiled and i NEVER got a CEL.

I am considering picking this up before christmas...my question though is, right now I have the airbox mod with a AEM dryflow..will the rebel intake increase HP much more over the airbox mod?

Ok... I'm sick of people saying it's not a good price...
Fine... go spend your $220 on a frikin Injen or Fujita and have it all rubbed out in a year.
If 30 people get in on this, your getting a better quaility intake for almost the same price as an Injen.
Even at retail, the extra cash is going toward something that is going to last!

Bottom line, if your going to bitch about the price... take it to another thread please.

BTW, I'm guessing the extra shipping is to cover shipping across the boarder... us Canadian deal with it all the time.

i can actually justify the price for myself as i have had those problems with my old K&N but if people arent going to hop in on this then it isnt even worth it...

also what do these things go brand new with no discount??

I think it was $250USD plus $25 shipping (not $25 to $35) with no filter so its not really a discount unless you get 30 orders.

yeah lots lol the stock air piping is so damn restrictive.. and this is 3" plus the inside is polished.. which make the air flow even better... i've notice LOTS of power since i installed over the AEM mini intake...!

PM Eng@Rebel and let them know you want the coupler. It's $17.
If you are doing the TB mod too, let them know. They will make the intake a bit shorter.

$100 down now (or ASAP), pay the rest when we have the final numbers.

Do yourselves a favor, BUY THIS INTAKE! YOU WILL FEEL A DIFFERENCE, I PROMISE!
For all those who are concerned about sucking water through the dry flow filter, DON'T BE! I have driven in heavy rain a few times now with no problems and no CEL's! Here is a super short vid I took myself while driving (bad idea!) the day I got it installed. You should be able to hear a bit of blower whine. At cruising RPM's you can't really hear any blower whine, but when you get up above 3000rpm it let's you know what's under the hood!
