Will it really lean it out that much? I just got my PCM Tuned by ZZP and Iam hitting 11.5 to 11.9 at WOT.

The MAF sensor calculates the amount of air going into your system buy the air coming in through your intake cooling it. It takes up a specific percentage of the surface area of the intake. By getting a bigger intake, the MAF sensor will take up a smaller percentage of the surface area, meaning more air comes into your intake with the same amount of cooling of the MAF. Rebel is correct that the GM tune is fairly rich. It also commands an AFR of 10.8 at WOT which is a pretty rich command. This means if you are running a stage 2 tune, you will probably be okay (as long as you are not running too smal an injector for your pulley size), but if you are custom tuned, you probably want to get retuned.

i just get annoyed when something isn't perfect, the ebay intake is decent, but my mount broke for it, it rubs my inner bumper, and my PCM pushes on the rubber coupler near the TB. (i even dremelled a bit of the metal around the intake passage so it didn't touch)

I've gone through many different exhaust combinations til i felt i found the right one as well. Its fun to try things out a little, but i can't say the ebay intake was any better than my airbox mod rather than sound wise. Definitely looking forward to a 3" stainless with no fitment issues.

Whoever is #10 should get a gold star

what is the 3.5" TB support?, I plan on getting the 3.5" TB from that guy in wisconsin, dont know the website but its like $50 bucks shipped. Wouldnt i need a coupler as well? or does everything come as one. Coupler, Spacer and CAI? I just want to make sure i get everything.

i believe they listed it in one of these pages of threads that you can opt for a 3.5" to 3" coupler for around $15?(off the top of my head) and a TB spacer adapter for $79.99 in this deal so you can fit the 3.5" TB. just tell them what you want when you put your money down.

It confused me too. I am getting a 3-3.5" coupler, but it doesn't say 3.5" support by my name. I PMed them about that. I don't know what it means, since coupler is listed seperate if you look at the names. I was worried since I am getting a new TB that I didn't explain right to them or something.

This GB is only for the intake. If you want an adapter spacer for 3.5" TB then it is $79.99 more. If you want the 3.5" to 3" vibrant coupler it is another $17. If you want meth tap it is another $10.

The intake will be made shorter if you are planning on getting or already have the spacer, but of course you have to let us know if it's a future plan.

Don't worry about what it says beside your name, it is only for myself. Once the GB is complete I will contact each person individually and do up the order with shipping and what not.

I was really thinking this thing would get closer to the 30 orders. Still haven't broken 10 yet. I was going to wait until it got over 20. Other people just waiting to commit?

i noticed on the GB list that i'm up there but [paid] isn't listed next to my name, just wondering if payment was recieved yet or not. Also, how long is this GB is going to be open for just for curiosities sake, my cobalt is already stored so i'm in no rush. And for the breather? next to my name, i was just listing that "valve cover return hose nipple tap thing" for safety sake, I guess its RD Fabs which i heard may not install one if you don't ask forcing you to put on a breather filter.

still 1 more person needed for a discount? grow some ***** people
