I doesn't need to be trimmed as long as the nipple for the return from the valve cover is in the right place.

Not true in this case.
Most 3" intakes require the inner fender to be either modified or replaced.
This intake is pointed futher forward, so it doesn't bludge the inner fender.

we try our best to minimize the bulge and as Fidget said it a lot better than the JBP or Fujuta

He's saying that you don't need the trimmed intake to fit with the TB spacer. It's a very tight fit (according to his VBgarage).
In the end, the trimmed intake will probably save you from getting very very upset during the install.

The intake does NOT need to be trimmed. It's fine the way it is.
Having THIS moved to the left about 2 or 3" will definately
"save you from getting very very upset during the install"

yes it would... I can see why it's such a pain without the 'mod'.

Also... we now have 6 people who have put down a deposit. We're only 4 people away from hitting the $270 mark.... That's $45 off right there!

Don't know...
But, there are enough people who are on the fence and enough people who want to join after this weekend, that I'm sure we will have enough.

If I had to speculate, I'm sure this group buy will see between 12 and 16 people when it ends.
