Does the reverse lockout work with the 08+ SS? I heard that some people are unable to get it to work on the turbo models.

2 things need to happen for more people to buy this.

1. The reverse lockout works, but its not perfect, makes finding 5th gear annoying.
2. Need the option to add a weighted knob. The burst knob is light.

If those 2 things were fixed they would sell more because the twm is just so expensive.

Hurst is working on the reverse issue. We will try to look into weighted knob options too

got mine from Aaron A+ quality price and fast shipping. For those complaining about the reverse lockout not working and 5th being hard to find, you need to adjust the cables. They look like they are self adjust but they are not. When i first installed mine in the oem position, reverse lockout didnt work and fifth u had to find, You need to adjust the side to side cable and fifth is butter and reverse lockout works fine. Hurst just didnt include those directions in the kit. My shifter is tighter and better than the oem one now. I dropped a tenth in my quarter mile times just from the shifter alone. Def worth the money twm is rediculously priced
