Hurst does not come with nor offer these, They are also not required with the Hurst shifter. However any bushing kit should work with this shifter if you want them.

can i ask why it dosnt come with bushings? i assume it tightens it up, i just dont like a half inch play while its in gear side to side.

No shifter comes with them standard. It also does not have a 1/2" play without them...

My shifter is very loose while its in gear...is there anyway to tighten it up? Its a good 1/2 inch of play side to side..in every gear...Im kinda dissapointed in this shifter...Wish I would of stayed stock.

You need shifter bushings then. TWM offers them.

It is not the shifters fault for what you are statings, it is a sub part... Short shifters reduce the throw.

There should not be that much play if the bushings did their job Bushings are the cause of "play"

Check the shifter rod clip to see if it is clipped in.

The one thing to remember that the hurst shifter has a notch cut out that has to slide over when the shifter is pulled up and over the plastic tab when putting it in reverse. Some people will put the notchout on the back of the shifter.

I've had mine in for about a month now and like it. Defiantly has more feel than stock, shifts smoother, and looks GREAT! I highly recommend to locktite the **** out of the set pin you screw in on the lower ball. If it comes loose it becomes very sloppy and rotates. I think that is the problem that sir_hiro is having.
