Yes, you install a module at each window that you want to become automatic. Once the module is installed, either the drivers switches or the local switch will operate the window automatically.

Unfortunately no, I didn't look into that for the window modules.
I looked into that for the sunroof module and the harnesses were over $50! I imagine that the window harnesses will be even more expensive.

The power window modules were delayed by my PCB printer. I got the tracking number from them this morning, they should be here on Friday before 12:00pm. This means that I can blitz the manufacturing of them over the weekend and get everyone's boards shipped out next week.
