I hear ya man, sometimes that's life though. Idk, honestly I just want the parts, when isn't a huge deal to me so long as I get what I paid for. I'm not itching to have them right this minute.

I haven't heard anything since him saying that a guy was supposed to start on them on the 28th and have them out within a week or so. Going to shoot him an email now.

I stopped answering your emails when you started being a little rude.

I'm sure that there are plenty of Calgarians on here that would attest to the fast that we had a foot of snow on Monday.. My new project is unfortunately taking all of my time, ask my wife, she, like all of you, hates me too .

Mike
I haven't exactly disappeared, my website is still up and my phone number is right on there. If I'm not responding to your emails, phone me!

With regards to the refunds requested, I asked my PA to do them, but I guess she was unsure how to do that in paypal. I will personally issue them all right now.

With regards to the unusually patient people, thank you for bearing with me on this one. My new guy is doing a great job, but he is a student, so he's a bit flaky. He has made 4 boards so far, he is going to try to come back this week to build more.

Please believe me when I say that I haven't been trying to scam anyone out of $100. There are probably easier ways that a person could do that.. besides, if anyone is getting scammed, it's me, I've lost almost $5000 on these two projects.

Hey I don't hate you, life happens when you're a one man company. It's not like you're AEM or STILLEN and can just hand off work to the next guy to ship out the door.

Progress! Please let us know when these babies start shipping, I've got nice weather headed my way soon.

I remember how many times you had to redo the boards on the sunroofs, then redesign the circuit because it wasn't preforming exactly how you wanted. Hell you made me a sunroof board and about shipped it out, then turned around and shipped me v2 of that board because it worked better. Then there was the shitty part, everybody was saying "Hell yeah I want one!" but when the bill came up for them nobody was to be found. Seems to be the same deal with these window controllers, everybody wanted one but either didn't want to pony up the cash, or couldn't wait.

So thanks again Mike for touching bases and letting us know how things are going up there, I can't wait to see how they perform in my ride.

Personally I think this is ridiculous. Anyone can hop on and give an "update". Excuse my term but its coming to put up or give a refund. This is horrible buisness. What does the -30* have to do with these as it was one of the excuses. Do you work out of a tent with a trashcan fire and labrador for heat? And you keep having problems with this printer company yet you continue to use the same one? This seems like something you could put together a few at home after dinner a couple nights a week, yet you have to hire an engineer.. I feel bad for the poor people who are still waiting for this.

Damn, I'm glad I held off on getting the auto window controllers, looks like my auto sunroof is a very-limited edition-type thing. Sucks you guys had to wait this long, hopefully you all got reimbursed. Hopefully Mike can revisit the project another time, as my sunroof controller has worked flawlessly so far.

I asked for a refund for a sunroof module that I bought a month ago and that he had in STOCK. He wrote me a week ago saying he had one ON HIS DESK and READY TO SHIP and haven't heard of him after that.

Wrote mails, didn't answer me for the tracking number and when I made a paypal claim...respond in 5 minutes saying I'm not the kind of person he build module for...

YOU HAVE ONE ON YOUR DESK READY TO SHIP, GO TO THE POST OFFICE AND MAIL, TAKE 5 MINUTES.

The complaint with paypal was closed in 5 minutes....what a great salesman!

My opinion, STAY AWAY FROM HIM as he don't answer mail and don't ship item when SUPPOSED to be ready...
