isn't there a saying about kettle calling the pot black or something... you catch my drift. if not in other words, don't open your mouth about something you yourself do.

depends on what your going for and i think you mean UDP. lightweight will give a slight increase in horsepower but maintain the factory size pulley meaning your accessories such as radio and headlights will not suffer. the UDP you get slightly more power, but at the cost of possibly headlights diming or radio volume lowering. however i believe the people that do have the the UDP on the cobalt have no experienced either of the above with mrz's UDP. i could be wrong just what i read.

no i know that was my point really. If everyone clogs his pm box thats less time "working" and more responding to nonsense

If You are looking for every little bit of power the UDP is the way to go. It slows the alternator and AC compressor by about 10% -- that means instead of spinning around 13,700 RPM at 6000 engine RPM the alternator will be spinning at 12,800 RPM, AC compressor will be similar. That means the engine doesn't have to waste the energy spinning the accessories for no reason -- instead it can deliver a little bit more to the wheels.

The alternator is still capable of putting out enough amperage to fry every electrical system on your car (with or without the UDP pulley) -- it is regulated so you do not lose any power to your headlights or radio or any other electrical device -- you do not notice any difference.

When they ship to the states the tracking number doesn't help. I've been there. Once it hits the customs office it goes into "La-La land" and you will actually recieve the pulley before the tracking site is updated. Customs says it can take a week to 4 weeks to get through...it's not MRZ's fault! It also seems to depend on what day of the week it hits customs too or what phase the moon is in -- my first order with MRZ got to my place in less than a week -- the second order took 3 weeks, and they gave me a tracking number both times and I could see that it reached customs but that was it!

The first pulleys have shipped last week via Canada Post/USPS small packet air mail service. There is no delivery confirmation # attached to them. They usually deliver in 5-12 business days.

Let me know if you have any questions Thank again!

The shop is now moved completely in our new location. 2800sq. ft. to accomodate our machine shop, office and everything else :P That will help us get more new stuff done and increase our productivity on the parts we manufacture.

Alternator pulley will get done in the next days now that we have moved everything
