THMotorsports: Stainless Steel Clutch Line Kit - NO ONE ELSE HAS 1 - FINALLY OUT !!!

THMotorsports is PROUD to present their very own customer stainless steel clutch line for the Cobalt SS.

After heavy demand and some R&D with a customer on the boards. We were nice enough to make one quickly for him. The factory GM clutch line is plastic and made out of really bad rubber that expands with heat and makes for a spongy clutch pedal. You don't have to be a racer to notice a difference. Even for the daily driver, this is going to offer a very consistent and easy pedal pressure control.

The stainless steel construction eliminates 'ballooning' associated with stock rubber lines. This upgrade will result in crisper shifts and more consistent clutch engagement and pedal feel. A stainless steel clutch line is the perfect supporting modification to a high performance clutch kit.

THMotorsports is the one and only to offer a DOT certified clutch line and with a teflon sheeth to protect the stainless braid from rubbing against anything.

$65 SHIPPED !!!!

If COMBINED with STAINLESS BRAKE LINE KIT.... COMBO PRICE WILL BE GIVEN.

IN ANY COLOR TOO !!!

Clutch Line Review:

Just received the braided stainless clutch line from TH Motorsports. Opening the box thoughts, great quality, nice feel, looks much more sturdy than stock plastic line. Install is very straight forward. Multiple ways to go about it but easiest is to remove the fuse box for maximum room and much easier to bleed the clutch afterwords. The supplied P-clips really help with routing and keeping the line from moving around. Prior to install, the clutch was having difficulty with disengaging, it was hit or miss. After install, the clutch pedal has a stronger feel, and issues I was having are gone. Feels like the car can definitely handle the heavier duty clutch that is in the car. Can't wait to take it down the track and see how much more sure my shifts will be.

THM clutch line

How hard is the installation on the clutch line and it'll work on the stock as well right?

I've seen this in person. Definitely a nice piece. Is this only SS or would it fit LS models as well?

SS is the only thing that is confirmed. If the LS model has the same fittings, i don't see why not.

Why would it delete a bleeder valve? How would you bleed the clutch after wards?

No it doesnt delete the bleeder valve, it replaces the stock plastic line from the Master cylinder to the Dist/bleeder block that sits on top of the transmission. If you check the pics you can see that the dist block is where it connects to

Relax? I'm more than relaxed. I'm here to help. F23 holds more power than the F35 but for the good of the community can you elaborate on which vehicles have the F23 transmission?

Thank you.

I made a modification above. My human error.

Stainless Brake Lines + Stainless Clutch Line = Combo PRICE.

Everyone chill lol. I have removed the one from my car. i will be looking at F23 trans this weekend to see if there is a way to fit it or if a new one would need to be designed. If I can find an F25 locally, I will take a look at it as well.

Instead of saying the transmission code, plz say the vehicle it will be going on. For future reference I will post what cars have what transmissions and if its been confirmed for fitment.

F35- Ion Redline & Cobalt SS (TC & SC)- Confirmed fitment
F25 - Ion 3 & Cobalt 2.4- Searching for one locally to look at
F23 - Ion 1&2 & Cobalt 2.2 - Test fitting this coming weekend

I will have answers soon I promise. If everyone will take a breath, I will get it all taken care of. Johnathon, Ill be in touch early next week with pics/adjustments for a 2.2 version if they are necessary.

06pursuit, Johnathon wasnt trying to be a smartass in his post I can promise that. He really wanted you to specify which cars you were referring to since not everyone who will be purchasing the part will know the transmission codes but they most likely will know their trim level. Speaking from a business stand point, its best to make at easy as possible for consumers. Please take no offense and work together with each other to make better/more parts for the community. That is what I did and look at the great clutch line that has been produced here.

PM me on sunday and Ill have an answer for you directly
